AND!! We are very excited to be able to host free food samples provided by Saap Bowl, a restaurant to debut in the Des Moines metro area in 2017.

Focusing on Laotian and Japanese style cooking techniques and cuisine, owner and executive chef Chris Boutdavong will be providing food to tantalize the taste buds and warm the soul.
Based on a foundation of heirloom Laotian recipes, as well as experience as executive chef of Jinya Ramen Bar in Santa Monica, Chris hopes to introduce people to the food that brings he personally loves, brings him comfort, and connects him with the feeling of home.

We look forward to seeing the smiles on your faces, and hearing your feedback. Food will be served while supplies last, so come early, come hungry, and let us bring you a bit of delicious authenticity through a single bowl.

ALSO... Feel free to bring your own food and drink. There are serving tables if you want to share with others. Alcohol is permitted, but only beer and wine in cans and boxes. LIQUOR AND GLASS CONTAINERS ARE PROHIBITED. Ummm... there might... be CAKE.
